7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Customer Cancellations

Customers may cancel services:

7.2 Company Cancellations

We may cancel or refuse service if:

8. Storage and Disposal

8.1 Vehicle Storage

If vehicles are stored at our facility:

  • Daily storage fees apply after the first 24 hours
  • Vehicles are stored at customer's risk
  • We are not responsible for theft or vandalism
  • Access may be restricted to business hours

8.2 Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles may be considered abandoned if:

  • Storage fees remain unpaid for 30 days
  • Customer cannot be contacted
  • Customer fails to collect vehicle within reasonable time

Abandoned vehicles may be disposed of in accordance with Victorian law, with costs charged to the customer.

9. Disputes and Resolution

9.1 Complaint Process
